Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. Liftomorrow (“the app”) is an invite-only, single-developer pilot. This policy describes what data we collect and how it is used.
Sign-in
You sign in with Google using the basic profile/email scope only — we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google data. We receive your Google account ID, email address, and whether your email is verified. We do not receive or store your Google password. Sign-in is restricted to invited accounts; the app rejects anyone not on the invite list. You can revoke Liftomorrow’s access to your Google account at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access, independently of deleting your Liftomorrow data.
What we store
Your gym profiles and confirmed equipment, generated and saved workouts, imported activity history, and Garmin watch pairing information are stored in our Azure cloud database, associated with an identifier derived from your Google account. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure processors (Microsoft Azure for hosting/AI/storage, Garmin for watch delivery, Paddle for billing) strictly necessary to provide the app’s functionality. We retain this data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
Photos
If you upload a photo of your equipment, it is used only to propose equipment detections for your confirmation. Raw photos are not retained after you confirm or correct the detected equipment.
AI processing
Workout generation and equipment detection use AI models hosted on our Azure subscription. Chat messages, imported text, and photo contents are processed to generate drafts; they cannot authorize changes to your account on their own — you must explicitly approve anything before it is saved or published. Your data is not used to train shared/foundation AI models.
Garmin integration
If you pair a Garmin watch, we deliver approved workouts to it. Activity data you choose to import is used to track your training history and inform future suggestions. Health and recovery metrics beyond what you explicitly import are not collected.
Your controls
You can disconnect your Garmin watch, delete saved workouts and gym profiles, and request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@liftomorrow.com. We will remove your stored data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
